Nate Diaz expressed his interest in returning to MMA and the UFC on the “Full Send Podcast”.
After his highly publicized boxing match with Jake Paul this Saturday, which is his first professional fight, Diaz seems to have no intention of wandering too far and instead wants to return to familiar territory.
Specifically, he stated:
“Yes, I will continue to do MMA. 100% I will box and play MMA, depending on the situation.
After every fight, I think about what I will do.
Like after the fight with Tony Ferguson, the change was a breath of fresh air for me.
Now I appreciate UFC more than when I was in it.
I see things that I couldn’t see before. Like, ‘oh, that’s why they do that, it’s really cool.’
So as soon as I finish this fight, I will go take another breath of fresh air.”
